Participants must be 18 years or older on race day to enter the half marathon. The 10K is also open to those aged 18 and over. Under 18s are not permitted for insurance and safety reasons.

Yes. You can switch from the half marathon to the 10K. Email us at events@justraceevents.com.
Switches can also be done on the day, please inform a member of the crew and provide your full name and bib number

Depending on when the event is, refunds may be possible. Email events@justraceevents.com for information about refunds or defering your entry.

Under the eventmaster checkout page there is an option for your race pack to be posted out, alternatively you can collect your race pack on race day or the evening before - further details to follow regarding race pack collection

We recommend arriving at least 60 minutes before your start time. The half marathon starts at 9:00am and the 10K starts at 9:30am. This gives you time to park, collect any last items, use the facilities and warm up.

If you are not a registered member of Athletics Ireland, a one-day licence is included in your entry fee. This provides insurance cover for you on race day.

Yes. The race is professionally chip timed. Your official finish time and splits will be available on our results page as soon as you cross the line. Please ensure your race bib is worn on the front of your t shirt with nothing blocking it to ensure the chip is read.

Yes all runners will receive a race t-shirt and medal, keep an eye out on our socials for the medal and t shirt reveal.

Unfortunately no. For insurance and safety reasons, only registered runners are permitted on the course. Friends and family are welcome to support from the sidelines and meet you at the finish beside Thomond Park.

Absolutely. The 10K is walker-friendly with a generous time limit. Many participants walk and run it. The finish at Thomond Park is just as special at any pace.
