JustRace Equipment Hire – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
“Company” = JustRace.
“Hirer” = individual or organisation renting equipment.
“Equipment” = items listed on JustRace’s Event Hire page.

2. Hire Period
Hire begins once equipment is collected or delivered and concludes upon return or Company 24/7 collection.
Minimum hire charge applies even if the full period is not utilised.

3. Rates & Payments
Rates vary depending on product type—refer to our Event Hire catalogue.
All charges must be paid in full before hire commences (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
Prices exclude VAT (23%) unless stated.

4. Collection & Delivery
Hirer may collect or request 24/7 delivery/collection.
Any delivery/collection fees, and timing arrangements, will be confirmed at booking.
Hirer must provide safe, accessible space for delivery and storage.

5. Use & Care
Equipment must be used properly, lawfully, and with reasonable care.
No modifications or alterations are permitted.
Hirer is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond reasonable wear and tear and must immediately report any issues.

6. Deposit
A refundable security deposit may apply and will be clearly stated at booking.
Deposit will be refunded after inspection, subject to no damage or loss.

7. Risk & Liability
Once hired, the equipment is at the Hirer’s risk.
JustRave is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from equipment use.
Hirer indemnifies JustRace against all claims and costs arising from use of equipment.

8. Cancellations & Amendments
Cancellations less than 48 hours before the hire start date may incur a fee up to 50% of the hire charge.
No refunds for unused bookings or non-collection.

9. Ownership
All equipment remains the property of JustRave at all times.
Hirer must not sell, sub‑let, dispose of, or encumber the equipment.

10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by Irish law.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
